🐾 A Dog-Friendly Experience at George Street Social! 🐶
Hey there, fellow dog lovers! I recently had the pleasure of visiting George Street Social with my dog, Oak, and I just had to share our wonderful experience with you all. Let me tell you, this place truly lives up to its mission of offering fantastic food, drinks, and hospitality to the good people of Oxford!
First things first, George Street Social is super dog-friendly. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and directed to the downstairs area, where dogs are more than welcome to join their human friends. Oak and I found the perfect spot by the window, which was a great vantage point for us to watch the hustle and bustle of people walking past in the City.
One of the lovely staff members, a kind-hearted lady, came over to serve us and immediately brought Oak a refreshing bowl of water. It’s these small gestures of thoughtfulness that really make a difference and let us know that our dogs are valued guests at George Street Social.
During our visit, we had the pleasure of having a delightful chat with the server. She was genuinely friendly and made us feel right at home. It’s always a joy to connect with such kind-hearted people who appreciate the presence of dogs in their establishment.
To top it all off, George Street Social even put up a dog-friendly sticker for me! It’s wonderful to see businesses that actively welcome our four-legged companions and go the extra mile to cater to their needs. It’s little touches like these that make all the difference.
Oh, and I have to mention the photo we got! I took some photos of Oak, showcasing the inside of the restaurant. I wanted a nice photo of the outside of the building as they have gone to a lot of effort to make it look nice, with plants above the windows and an interesting window display. I got chatting to a lovely visitor to the city who even held Oak’s lead for the photo. It was a heart-warming moment and a perfect memento of our visit.
